What is the 45 Day Challenge?
The F45 Challenge is a 45 Day body transformation program designed to help you adopt a healthier lifestyle and learn more about health and wellbeing.

This is what’s included in your €30 Scan Pack:

*3 x 15 minute scan & consultation appointments. (beginning, middle and end)
