Workout Schedule
All of our workouts are 45 minutes long, except Saturday sessions which are 60 minutes.
Weekday Mornings:
Early Mornings: 6:30am + 7:20am
Mid Morning: 9:30am Fri only
Weekday Lunchtimes:
12:30pm
Weekday Evenings:
Mon: 4:55pm, 5:45pm + 6:35pm
Tues, Wed & Thurs: 5:45pm + 6:35pm
Friday 5:45pm only
Weekends:
Saturday
9:00am + 10:10am
Sunday
9:30am + 10:25am
+ Run Club at 10:30am (meet at Studio)
