Workout Schedule

All of our workouts are 45 minutes long, except Saturday sessions which are 60 minutes.

Weekday Mornings:

Early Mornings: 6:30am + 7:20am

Mid Mornings: 9:30am Tues & Fri

Weekday Lunchtimes:

12:30pm

Weekday Evenings:

Mon & Tues: 4:55pm, 5:45pm + 6:35pm

Wed & Thurs: 5:45pm + 6:35pm

Friday 5:45pm only

Weekends:

Saturday

8:30am, 9:40am + 11:10am

Sunday

9:30am + 10:25am
